FORD TAUNUS 12M TURNIER (1957)

El “12M” fue el primer Taunus de diseño totalmente nuevo de Posguerra.

La versión break estaba orientada a la actividad comercial, por ello se construyeron con equipamiento de lujo y confort mínimo.

El motor que equipaban era el de 4 cilindros en línea y 1.172cc.

Rendía 38CV y su caja era manual de 3 velocidades.

El vehículo se ofreció desde enero de 1957. Tenía dos puertas y portón trasero.

Se lo publicitaba haciendo hincapié en su versatilidad y el ahorro de combustible. Su performance dinámica no era de lo mejor. Las cifras de aceleración eran bastante modestas, pero la mecánica y el espacio disponible se adaptaban al uso para el que el vehículo fue pensado.
